Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost of service based on?

Cost of service is primarily based on the tier of service chosen and secondarily is based on a combination of :

  • Volume output - The number of videos you would like me to output per month

  • Editing complexity - How intricate the editing style you prefer is

  • Capture Frequency - The number of times a month you would like to film content

  • Strategy Depth - How narrow the strategy is (Are we focusing on general themes or specific hooks? Are we optimizing based on performance analytics?)

  • Distribution Level/Support - How much distribution support you would prefer (Are you wanting editing only or a optimized distribution plan/schedule?)

What makes you different?

I approach social media with both the expertise of a consumer and the knowledge that consumers want to see real people. I won’t force you to read off of a script nor will I force you to do “TikTok dances” that are trending online. My focus is making content that feels like you, whatever that means to you!

If you’re unsure what that means, or aren’t sure of kind of content you want your brand to show, that’s where I come in. I will help curate your online presence in a way that feels easy and freeing from the expectations of follwing every viral trend.

Content Delivery & Timeline Expectations:

Initial Onboarding:

Following our initial strategy meeting, we will establish your content goals, messaging, content pillars, and overall plan for the upcoming month.

Tier 1: Done-With-You

Content for the upcoming week is typically delivered within 3-5 business days after all required footage is submitted.

To maintain a consistent posting schedule, clients are responsible for:

  • Recording and submitting content based on the provided content plan and prompts

  • Providing sufficient video footage each month

  • Reviewing and approving content in a timely manner

Please note:

  • Editing timelines depend on video length, editing complexity, and footage quality.

  • Insufficient footage, missing content, or audio/video quality issues may delay delivery.

  • If re-recordings are needed, delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

Tier 2: Done-For-You

Content is typically delivered within 3-5 business days following each content capture session.

For ongoing content production:

  • Weekly content is generally delivered by the Friday prior to the scheduled posting week.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on content volume, video length, editing style, and project complexity.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled content capture sessions

  • Providing access to relevant business operations or locations

  • Reviewing and approving content when requested

Tier 3: Visibility & Growth System

Because this tier involves a larger volume of content, performance analysis, and strategic adjustments, content is delivered on a rolling basis throughout the month.

Typical delivery expectations:

  • Initial content batches are delivered within 3-5 business days after each content capture session.

  • Remaining content is delivered according to the monthly content calendar and growth strategy.

  • Content revisions, strategic pivots, or additional campaigns may affect delivery schedules.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled content capture sessions

  • Participating in monthly strategy and performance reviews

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals when needed

Please note:

  • Editing timelines depend on content volume, editing complexity, footage quality, and campaign objectives.

  • High-volume content packages, advanced editing requests, or additional revisions may require additional production time.

  • Consistent communication and timely approvals help ensure content is delivered on schedule.

General Delivery Notes (All Tiers)

The quality and speed of content production are influenced by:

  • Footage quality

  • Audio quality

  • Content volume requested

  • Editing complexity
